I am a cheerful, happy, and sporty man. I love lounging on the couch, walking, music, and true documentaries. In my daily life I occasionally provide personal training (Muay Thai and Kickboxing) and I'm busy running my E-com webshops. Also I'm working in mental healthcare for 25 years. This includes all target groups, with about 16 of those years as a freelancer.
