Per minuteMahmoud Eldemerdash born in Cairo, Egypt, in 1979. He received the LL.B. degree in Law from the University of Ain Shams, Cairo, in 2005. He has extensive experience in research design with a special focus on quantitative research. He started to work in the field of Marketing Research back in 2003 where he got exposed to different research methods and countless industries. Since then, he got involved in most of the research project cycle such as research design, data acquisition, quality control, data process and reporting. Eldemerdash has worked for some of the research industry leaders across the globe such as Nielsen Co. where he took over the QC in Egypt and supported many other countries such as Libya, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar and many others. And as he believes in science, Eldemerdash has studied statistical analysis, SPSS, qualitative analysis, research design, marketing, different research code of conduct and research ethics aside to many related subjects. In 2014, he shifted his career to the field of development where he brought his research and management experience into the humanitarian field where he worked for some of the international organizations such as UNWFP, ICRC, Save the Children International and Terre Des Hommes. Eldemerdash has decided to dedicate his life to humanitarian work where his expertise is mostly needed. He also started to write his first book about Face-to-Face interviewing ethics and techniques, as he believes that these crucial set of skills are completely overlooked. Outside work, Eldemerdash is an adrenaline junkie and night owl athlete! He is so into traveling, camping, hiking, repelling, rock climbing, diving, skydiving, horse riding. Moreover, he is a professional and certified swimming instructor and lifeguard. And his favorited nickname is “dimo” with a lowercase D ?
