Per minuteI graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania: Academy of Culinary Arts in 2007. I visited #otranto #parma and #ferrara #italy while in school. I was an extern at the Breakers Resort of #palmbeachflorida and worked there after my externship. I am certified through the American Culinary Federation and I’ve worked in the industry for 15 years. I was an #executivechef for 7 of those years. I was trained in classical #frenchcuisine but know how to cook many different cuisines. I have won a few cooking contests sponsored by the #americanculinaryfederation I’m originally from Nassau, Delaware. I made a career change in 2019 and now I’m a career truck driver.
