I am 42 years old, married and a father of two. A boy and a girl, my son is 12 years old and the girl is 6 years old. I am professionally employed as a Public Health Officer and work in a hospital. I am outgoing, outspoken and generally hyper. These qualities however have let me down as life has its own challenges and there are many occasions where I have felt helpless, depressed or unwanted.
