To state things simply, I Johnoy Binns am selfless person, I enjoy helping others resolve whatever issues or obstacles they may be experiencing. I have played Football and Cricket ever since I could remember and hence I am a team player at heart. I truly believe that when we work together, we help each other to improve individually, as well as we are more capable and enabled to reach to any goal or objective. I have just over 4 years of customer service experience where I have worked for Amazon Retail, Fire Tablet , Seller support, Concierge, Tier 2 Tech support, and Audible. During this timeframe I have been skill in all areas of support Phones, Chat and Email. I also always excel at these roles, and the fact that I am a fast learner who is enthusiastic about these roles, I know I will be a great candidate. I love sci fi movies and paranormal activity.
