I grew up in martial art. I have always been very empathetic and gravitated towards wanting to teach and help others. I have taught Karate to children and adults I was a health and fitness coach for almost 10 years. I am currently a Chef and enjoy watching my cooks learn and grow. I have learned through therapy the value of being heard and try and practice active listening.
