I am 44 year old dedicated Father of two teenagers, I am an Artist, a Musician, and an explorer of consciousness and meditation to better understand our connection with Spirit. Having successfully navigated the pitfalls of the undesirable aspects of Life, I have acquired compassion, patience ,mindfulness, self control, and accountability. I have worked and served in the State of Connecticut in the Mental Health care field for over 17 years now.
