I'm here to give you what you need the most, "A Listening Ear"! I've had "issues" in the past myself. What I realized through my trial days was that people don't have the time to attend to you. They are busy with their lives. To say the ugly truth, I learned that nobody gives a damn about you! And you know what hurt more? That, sometimes even "close family" become estranged in the most difficult times. I finally made friends with a meditation practitioner during those days. A messiah, she helped me get out of that dark, never-ending abyss! And, you know what? All she did was listen to me! She listened as I spoke for hours and hours. We became good friends. I started to heal. Within days I began recovering from childhood trauma, anxiety, and all those imaginary monsters that make your life hell... Then I stepped into meditation! It's been eight years now. During these long years, I read, read, read, and practiced meditation. Phew, everything ugly turned beautiful, darkness turned into light, sadness turned into joy.
