I am a father, husband and friend to many. I enjoy chilling with my kids, watching or playing football and love a good film. I also have a passion for helping people in any capacity possible. I work as a Mental Health and Well-being Officer supporting children, parents and colleagues to enable positive change and empowerment. I am also a fan of good food and art of any sort even digital where I have experimented myself. My interest varies across most things in life, but the most intriguing of all is humans (we are a fascinating creatures).
