I am a retired American and started Traveling the World in 2013 all of the EU, Belgium, Scandinavia, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and France. in 2016 I went to Baja Mexico my Dream was to have a B&B, Fishing and Baja Adventure Tour Business but instead of my retirement Dream I became a Victim of real Estate and Financial fraud by American/Mexicans doing real estate Fraud. These Evil people even did Band and Credit card fraud out of my San Diego Bank. But if your an American and a Victim of Fraud in Mexico you're Screwed. The San Diego District Attorney refused to Prosecute saying the Crime happened in Mexico. Mexican Lawyers just stole my money to the tune of about $10K USD and did nothing. They stole 6 investment Properties Fraud paperwork, 2 Fishing Boats and my truck still in Mexico. Lucky they didn't steal my House. The One Sales Agent and his parents were known Real Estate Criminals from the US deported to Mexico and continue Targeting US Retirees like myself. I was going to Kill Mike Diaz I had him on the top balcony of my home 4 Stories High and was going to drop him on his head and say he committed Suicde. Only time in my Life the Good Angel and the Bad Angel on my shoulders. Bad Angel said kill him he is scum a Parasite that will only hurt others but the Good Angel was my Late Mother. "NO SON" she said let him Live it's easy to die harder to Live let him Live. It was like my Mother was standing next to me I was so in shock I let him go and threw him out of my House. Funny how in Movies they kill people no remorse, so easy in the Movies but in Real Life I that my Mom I'm not in a Mexican Jail and a Free Man. Anyway I sold my house in Baja took the Money and have been Traveling Asia almost 6 years now and soon headed back to the US in August. They Stole my entire retirement savings so this guy has to go back to Work. It was coming to Asia I was chasing Buddha visiting every temple, Stupa and Pagoda in Asia and my bucket list trip was Angkor Wat just Beautiful. I Love Ancient Archaeology when I was in Mexico I got to visit all the Mayan and Aztec sights when there. I would be interested in others Life Stories because we all have one to share.
