My name is Festus Ehilebor and I am an ITSM Analyst with 8 years of experience working alongside the IT Professional Team of an Oil & Gas Company. I specializes in Information Technology Service Management and responsible for educating other employees on improving the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of Services provided to Customers, the Business and Stakeholders. I am a powerful force in the workplace and uses my positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed serving in an upward passing driven and result oriented environment with a view of contributing to effective strategies that will add to the development and growth of an organization. I graduated from the University of Benin in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I am inspired daily by solving problems for others and putting smiles on their faces. In my free time, I like to travel, interact, teach, coach and play video games.
